Conference participants will stay at the Asilomar Conference Grounds and dine at the Asilomar Conference Center. If you choose to stay off-site, meals are available for purchase.
Scheduled conference events run from the evening of 3 January through the evening of 6 January (see the Program Overview).
Conference participants must book their reservations through the special ASN portal for the lodging and meals reservations via a link provided here soon.
The per-person total for accommodations includes room and meals for each day of the conference. The meals accommodation includes dinner on the day of your arrival; breakfast, lunch and dinner for each full day you are present; and breakfast and lunch on the day of your departure. When you make your reservation, you may choose vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free meals during your stay.
You can share a room with another conference participant of your choice. Each person sharing a room must register separately. The rates that appear on each category are per-person based on the occupancy type.
Asilomar guest rooms are a mixture of Historic Rooms located in buildings that were designed by architect Julia Morhan and build between 1913 and 1928. Other Asilomar guest rooms are located in buildings designed by architect John Carl Warnecke and built in a style complementary to that of Julia Morgan’s. While all rooms feature private bathrooms, the size and quantity of beds vary from room to room.
NOTE: There are no televisions or telephones in our guest rooms. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the public areas and guest rooms of the property.

Room Rates (per person, per night)
*Note there is an additional $20 processing fee for each reservation, which is included in the Saturday night cost.
Each participant must register for housing separately, but for those who wish to room together, at the initial stage of the housing reservation, select “2. Roommate request. Double occupancy”, and enter your roommate’s name later in the booking process.
Rates include the room rate, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the per-day park fee, and local and state taxes.
Requests are welcome and will be honored based on our availability at the time of your booking. Please note your roommate requests at the “Roommate/Additional Requests” box located in the Guest Information Page.
Additional fees will be added per night for the following:
Ocean View – $44.00 per night
Fireplace – $22 per night
Ocean View & Fireplace – $55.00 per night (very limited)
Tax Policy – Room rates show are inclusive of applicable fees and taxes.
Cancellation Policy – A full refund on accommodations, less a service fee of $100 per person is given for cancellation of room reservations received by 4 December 2019. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after 5 December 2019. Note that the refund policy for conference registration, which is done separately from room reservations, is different.
